Our approach

Every innovation journey starts differently.

Sometimes you already have a product idea and want to move it forward. Sometimes you know there is an opportunity in your market, but you need a sparring partner to explore where innovation could create value. In both cases, the challenge is often the same: reducing uncertainty before making major investments.

That is why we work through focused, outcome-driven sprints that help you move from opportunity to market-ready product.

Phase 1

Product Opportunity & Innovation Sprint

We usually start with a short and focused engagement to quickly identify where the greatest opportunities lie. During this sprint we:

  • Interview users and relevant stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, competitors and product usage
  • Identify product opportunities
  • Define innovation directions
  • Develop 2–3 potential product concepts
  • Create early design concepts grounded in feasibility
Outcome

You gain a clearer understanding of where value can be created, together with a set of promising product directions that can move forward with confidence.

Idea-to-Prototype Sprint

Once a direction has been selected, we transform the idea into a tangible proof of concept. We design and develop the product so it demonstrates the intended value and functionality, while considering essential aspects such as:

  • Manufacturability
  • Ease of use
  • Ergonomics
  • Attractive and meaningful design

Why this sprint approach? Because it allows you to quickly test and pitch your idea without committing to heavy development investments at an early stage.

Outcome

A proof of concept that makes your idea tangible and allows you to validate assumptions, engage stakeholders and gather valuable feedback.

Phase 3

Product Definition & Engineering

The insights and feedback gathered from the proof of concept are translated into a complete product definition. During this phase we:

  • Refine and improve the concept
  • Integrate user and stakeholder feedback
  • Define specifications and technical requirements
  • Develop the engineering and technical details
  • Prepare the product for manufacturing
Outcome

A production-ready design that is technically feasible and ready for realization.

Manufacturing & Launch Support

Bringing a product to life does not stop at design. We help you transition from design to manufacturing and can support the production process where needed. Depending on your needs, we can:

  • Assist in selecting production partners
  • Support manufacturing setup
  • Follow up production and quality
  • Help guide the process until launch readiness
Outcome

A product ready to enter the market with confidence.
